Who never dreamed of leaving, of quitting everything, of letting loose all chains ? Why depart ? What do we leave behind ? Where do we go ? What do we search for in "the distant world" ? The journey does it transforms us? What do we bring from our travels and wanderings? We invite you to be apart of the intertwined stories of a young French girl and a young Indian boy, both of them in continuous motion across the world and at the same time bearing in themselves the motion of the world, its ups and downs like the waves of an ocean.
Director Patrice Paillard, invited at the time of the rehearsals, and the representations of the play, puts forward a free deconstruction of this theatrical creation.
